		What is a new product from M-Wave?
		The plug valve type ISO-STANDARD and F-3-ISO-STANDARD is the consequent development of our STANDARD type. The main advantages are: - Strong mounting flange for actuators acc. DIN ISO 5211 - Patented full cardanic dihedron coupling - Improved shaft and cover sealing including V-diaphragm, delta thrust collar and PTFE cover sealing ring. - Safety spindle packing to prevent fugitive emission of aggressive and toxic media. Email: sales@mwavegroup.com The non-porous, extremely resistant lining is achieved by a special production method of AZ-Armaturen. This production method guarantees the exclusion of pores, microcracks and flaking. The thickness of the lining layer is min. 3 mm. Only virginresin granulate is used, no regenerated material or similar. The main advantages are: - cavity free - maintenance free, self-lubricating - chemical resistant - vacuum-proof - T = 210 C max - type approval TU. AGG 105-90 - face to face dimensions acc. to DIN and ANSI - "TA - Luft 2002" approval Email : sales@mwavegroup.com Type "RH" and "RH-S" Control Plug Valve The AZ-Plug Valve is excellently suitable for using as a control valve. The basis for this is the approved construction for most severe application of the quarter-turn on/off valve with no body cavities. The control - characteristic is defined by the plug passage form. the additional use of the protection inset "S" in the control plug avoids wash-out of the PTFE sleeve.
